YEREVAN CENTRAL DEPARTMENT STORE

The draft is presented as a modern department store and meets the highest international standards. It is located in the center of Yerevan, at the intersections of most busy Abovyan and Arami Streets and Northern Avenue most famous for shopping and entertainment. The designated area of the the Yerevan Central Department Store covers the building of the "Children's World" (Central Department Store), the most favorite shopping and entertainment venue in the Soviet era. Functional zoning

  • -3rd floor is to host parking spaces, storage rooms and temporary garbage rooms;
  • -2nd floor is to host an adolescent entertainment and recreation center over 3500-4000 sq m and may include bowling, car park, skating rink, shooting range, Q-zar, x box, VR game, etc. This floor is also supposed to host a café. The center will be connected by an escalators to the parking on -3rd floor and supermarket floors / -1st floor/.
  • -1st floor is to host as follows:
    • a supermarket along with its storage area, on an area of about 1700 sq m, that should be in a direct contact with the department store and have the option of 24/7 operation independently of the department store;
    • A gym, a swimming pool, fitness and a spa center on an area of 2400-2500 sq m, with its main entrance from the above-the-ground and underground parts of the Northern Avenue and to be connected to the department store;
    • small shops with a total area of 250 sq m and administrative offices in the area of the old building on the basement floor across Arami Street on an area of 460 sq m.
  • The 1st floor is to host accessories and perfume departments and beauty salons. Entrance areas will provide places for bank branches, currency exchange and ATMs.
  • The 2nd floor is to host a department for men's clothing, shoes and accessories.
  • The 3rd floor is to host a department for women's clothing, shoes and accessories..
  • The 4th floor is to host a children's department. The Abovyan-Arami corner section will host a two-storey restaurant-cafe.
  • The 5th floor is to host a food court with 3 restaurants with a sitting-place area of 100-200 sq m that may also use the open platform in summer seasons.
  • The 6th floor is to host a bar in Skybar format.
  • The open platform on the 7th floor is to host a bar summer café.
