The company was founded on 31 August 2001, at the address: 32, Arami St., c. Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. The headquarters of the Company, "Soglasie" CJSC, is located in Moscow city and chaired by Ara Abrahamyan. Ara Abrahamyan is the Chairman of the Union of Armenians in Russia NGO, World Armenian Congress International Union and UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and has been awarded state awards by the governments of France, Argentina, South Korea and Russia.
In all the buildings, the -3rd and -2nd floors are parking spaces; the -1st, 1st and 2nd floors are public commercial spaces and residential areas start from the 3rd floor. -1st ,1st and 2nd floors in buildings "A", "G" and "D" owned by "Soglassie-Armenia" LLC are leased to brands such as Emporio Armani (represented by Armani Jeans, EA7), Armani Junior, Rosie (represented by Red Valentino, Mmissoni, Zzegna, Marc by Marc Jacobs), NewYorker, Polo Ralph Lauren, Massimo Dutti , Goody's Burger House, etc.

Company’s private property and projects

Below is the Company’s private property:

  • Yerevan Central Department Store building;
  • residential buildings "A", "B", "G", "D" and "E" with their commercial areas;
  • 5 * hotel complex and apart hotel currently at the stage of design and construction;
  • a two-storey parking passing immediately along the Northern Avenue providing human flow to Ara City multifunctional complex.
Residential buildings "A", "B", "G", "D" and "E" and the Yerevan Central Department Store building are already constructed and the two-storey parking on the North Avenue is already in use.
Ara City multifunctional complex comprises owned residential, commercial, office and hotel buildings and constructions in the most central part of capital Yerevan, its proprietary capital (total areas comprise 140,000 sq m on a land of about 2.3 ha).
The complex also includes commercial areas, parking, areas for centralized engineering systems, a separate boiler room, an el-substation, warehouses and other technical sections.
